Dr. Sadhan Chandra Dutt Dr. Dutt was the pioneer to introduce Treatment under One Ceiling in Kolkata West Bengal(India).The VISION was, to provide “HEALTH CARE SERVICES” to the middle & lower middle class section of the society.

Mrs. Shanta Ghosh
A renowned Architect and Urban Planner. She has a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India and did her Masters in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, specializing in Urban Design. She started her working career in The Kuljian Corporation, USA in 1979 and worked in USA for 10-years. In 1989, she took additional responsibilities in Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in India. In April, 2008 she took over as Chairperson of the Development Consultants Group. She had held various positions in the Group including Vice Chairperson, Managing Director and Director of Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. K.P. Sengupta
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. K.P. Sengupta has enjoyed a career spanning over 40 years. He had once been a part-time faculty in the Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT, Kharagpur and in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Sengupta has spent 25 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers in various capacities including being its Chief Financial Officer. He was also the Company Director and COO of Lovelock Lewes Services, Vice President (Finance) of Stone India Ltd, in the Duncan Group and the Finance Director of Duncan Gleneagles Hospital (currently known as Apollo Gleneagles). Mr. Sengupta was Chairman of the Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a member of the Board of Governing Body at Saroj Gupta Memorial Cancer Research Hospital (Thakurpukur).
Mr. Arun Kumar Guha
Joined DCPL after obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, West Bengal, India. Has been with the Company ever since. Has experience of nearly 50 years with specialization in Water Supply/Sanitary Installation and allied work with special emphasis on project management. Currently, also Director of DC Industrial Plant Services Pvt. Ltd., Bengal DCL Housing Development Co. Ltd., KonTest Chemicals Ltd., D.I. Laboriatories Limited, S.C.Dutt & Associates Pvt. Ltd. and PCS Project Construction Services Pvt. Ltd. Formerly, Managing Director & CEO of Bengal DCL Housing Development Co. Ltd.
Mr. Rabindra Nath Basu
Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, West Bengal, India has a Diploma in Concrete Technology from the University of Leeds, U.K. Has nearly 50 years experience with specialization in development studies for new projects, dock & harbor engineering and water front engineering. Present responsibilities include technology development, control and administration of entire activities of the Civil & Structural Division. Has been involved in development of project concepts, site selection, layout and basic planning for all projects implemented by the Company. Member, Institute of Structural Engineers, UK.
Mr. Sandip Ghosh
A Chartered Accountant by training, has experience of over 30 years in Finance and currently Dy.Managing Director of DCPL. Responsible for Financial Planning, Control and Management of the entire DC Group. Also, holds the positions of Director of Development Consultants International Limited and Managing Director of KonTest Chemicals Ltd. He has an avid interest in Health Care.
